The staff were attentive and skilled day and night. The location of this hotel close to bars and restaurants on the seafront as well as Close to the Palma nice shopping street was stunning and incredible. Also, the distance to House of Katmandu Amusement Park was just 1 km.

Loved the place, great value for holidays. I ate at a nice restaurant for this price. The location was particularly good and fab, near the beach. This hotel was located in an excellent area.

Had new-fashioned, spotless room that was always kept clean. Every member of staff was attentive and skilled. It was based in really nice building in a stunning and incredible location, to food places. And it was also close enough to Spain and the beach to nothing fixed.

The hotel is modern and tidy, has nice views of the sea. It has dedicated personnel and immaculate rooms with large bathrooms. The breakfast is above average and offers slices of fresh bread and cheese. The location is fantastic and beautiful, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. When I am in Palma Nova, I like staying here.

The place is nicely decorated and overall clean, everything is really good, it should have higher than 4 star rating. The units were well-equipped on the ceiling above the mirror. There are lots of supplies like: a safe box and a sofa sleeper.

The hotel is nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, has stunning views of palma nova beach. The staff are hard-working and helpful and deserve a 4-star rating. They provide breads and cheese, that is good. The location is the best and magnificent, it's close enough to all shops & restaurant/bars and palmanova 1. In fact, it's relatively close to Bladerunner Mallorca, one of the tourist spots. Thank you for a very good stay.
